
Been down to the Boston Diner in Kettering Town this evening, I had the ‘Empire’ which consisted of 2 x 1/4 slabs of beef, cheese, kebab meat (fat included) chips and limited salad. Lindsay went for the standard Bacon & Cheese burger, it was good!
Only problem is I’m feeling stuffed and really unhealthy, I’ve not eaten well this week at all!

We’re making some bread this weekend, we did last Saturday but didn’t use any milk so it tasted wrong! In doing some research I found that Fat is now a primary ingredient in bread, and that got me thinking. I eat a lot of bread, mostly because its a convenience food but how much of fat have I been consuming!
